How long does it take for a Fontana oven to reach cooking temperature?
Thanks to our high-performance insulation and stainless steel dome design, most Fontana ovens reach ideal pizza-cooking temperatures (750°F+) in approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
What is the shipping process for large brick or metal ovens?
All oven orders are shipped via LTL freight with lift-gate service. We carefully crate each unit to ensure it arrives safely at your residential or commercial location.
Do you offer a warranty on your outdoor ovens?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive warranty that covers the dome for two years and the burner components for one year, ensuring your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
Can Fontana Forni ovens be used indoors?
Our ovens are primarily designed for outdoor use. However, certain models can be installed indoors if they meet specific local building codes and are connected to a certified venting system.
What happens if my oven arrives damaged?
If you notice any damage upon delivery, please note it on the Bill of Lading before signing and contact our customer service team within 24 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
