At Fontana Forni, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of our Italian-made ovens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your oven or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone to provide your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage the item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  For large oven units, we will coordinate with a freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup; for smaller accessories, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
